Criminal Mischief

Reporting Officer:

Patrol responded to Work
Out World on Route #130 for a report of Criminal Mischief.
Upon arrival Ptl. Markowski met with the victim. She
reported that between 1200 and 2000 an unknown person had
shattered the front window of her vehicle. At the time of
the report no items were reported missing from the vehicle.
There are no suspects at this time.

Burglary /Theft

Patrol responded to the
Work Out World on Route # 130 for a report of a
burglary/theft. Upon arrival Ptl. Kivet met with the
victim. He reported that between 0930 and 1015 and unknown
person stole his keys from his unlocked locker and entered
the victim’s vehicle. While in the vehicle he removed the
victim’s wallet which contained approximately $200 cash and
several credit cards. Robbinsville Criminal Investigation
Unit responded and processed the vehicle. There are no
suspects at this time.

Patrol received a 911
call reporting a possible intoxicated driver on Route #130
North in the area of A&M Market. Ptl. Emmons observed the
vehicle traveling on Rte. #130, failing to maintain a lane.
Ptl. Emmons conducted a motor vehicle stop in the area of
Windsor Rd. During the traffic stop Ptl. Emmons detected
evidence that the driver may be intoxicated. The driver was
requested to step out of the vehicle and perform several
field sobriety tests, which she failed. The driver was
arrested, processed, charged and released pending Court.

Patrol observed a vehicle
traveling on Route #33 failing to maintain a lane. Ptl.
Markowski following the vehicle and observed that it did not
stop at the intersection of Rte#526 and the Robbinsville By
Pass. Ptl. Markowski initiated a motor vehicle stop in the
area of Rte. #526 and Ivanhoe Drive. During the traffic
stop he detected evidence that the driver may be intoxicated
and that there may be narcotics present. The driver was
requested to step out of the vehicle and perform several
field sobriety tests, which he failed. A subsequent search
of the vehicle revealed a small quantity of marijuana and
drug paraphernalia. The driver was arrested, processed,
charged and released pending Court.

#33 for a report of a minor motor vehicle crash with no
injuries. Ptl. Clifton arrived on scene to investigate.
During his investigation he detected evidence that narcotics
may be present. A subsequent search revealed a small
quantity of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia. The accused
was arrested, processed, charged and released pending Court.

suspicious vehicle leaving Tantum Park on Meadowbrook Road
with tinted windows. Ptl. Egan initiated a motor vehicle
stop in the area of Blakely Park. During the traffic stop
Ptl. Egan detected evidence that narcotics may be present.
A subsequent search revealed a small quantity of
prescription pills. The driver was arrested, processed,
charged and released pending Court.

Sergeant Moore
was on patrol on Meadowbrook Road when he observed a vehicle
parked in a dark area of Tantum Park which closes at 10pm.
Sgt. Moore made contact with One Adult and Three Juveniles
near the vehicle. While speaking with the group Sgt. Moore
detected evidence that narcotics may be present. A
subsequent search revealed drug paraphernalia and open
containers of alcohol. The accused was arrested, processed,
charged and released. The three juveniles were released to
their parents without being charged.

the traffic stop Ptl. Haugh detected evidence that the
driver may be intoxicated. The driver was requested to step
out of the vehicle and perform several field sobriety tests,
which he failed. The driver was arrested, processed,
charged and released pending Court.

the driver may be intoxicated. The driver was requested to
step out of the vehicle and perform several field sobriety
tests. The driver refused to perform the field sobriety
tests and was arrested based on Ptl. Farrell’s training and
experience. The accused was transported to police
headquarters, processed, charged and released pending Court.

perform several field sobriety tests, which she failed. A
subsequent search revealed a small quantity of marijuana as
well as drug paraphernalia. The accused was arrested,

a small quantity of Marijuana. The driver and all the

responded to a residence on Park Street for a report of a
burglary. Upon arrival they spoke with the victim who
reported that an unknown person(s) forced entry to the
residence, ransacked the residence and removed jewelry. The
victim reported that they left the residence at
approximately 1700 on December 17th and returned
at approximately 2045 to find the house had been
burglarized. Entry was gained by forcing open a rear
kitchen window. Robbinsville Criminal Investigation Unit
responded to process the scene. There are no suspects at
this time.

that between 2030 on December 16th and 1530 on
December 17th an unknown person(s) entered her
vehicle and removed an Apple I-pod, I-pod case and
chargers. The vehicle was unlocked at the time of the
incident. Robbinsville Criminal Investigation Unit
responded. There are no suspects at this time.

charger and some loose change. The vehicle was unlocked at
the time of the incident. There are no suspects at this
time.

vehicle revealed a small quantity of marijuana. The
occupants of the vehicle were arrested, processed, charged
